The benefits of ancient yoga traditions are now supported with scientific research. Benefits range from increased focus and concentration to healing of many illnesses. I will teach and utilize practices that create a sense of calm within to help lower stress and anxiety from your body and mind, such as Pranayama, Asana, Affirmations, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Deep Listening. Your spirit has no choice but to take flight!
