New Year's Flow & Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra

Flow in the new year with a new sense of Self. This heated vinyasa class offers a balanced flow including poses for hips, core, heart, shoulders, as well as balance and twisting poses. Invite in challenge with arm balances as well. This class can be as challenging as you want, but is also geared to all levels of practice. We will end our flow with a 30 minute yoga nidra meditation in savasana. Resting in a state of surrender and experiencing deeper levels of inner relaxation than ever imagined possible.
